I was a sceptic . . . not any more. After months of enabling sessions I'm rebuilding and redefining my life. With Karen's help I'm addressing the negative that's held me back for far too long. The pain has halved too.

I went to see Karen as a 'lost cause' with regard to dieting and losing weight, I was a classic emotional eater.  Several sessions from Karen and I'm now in the best place I've ever been . . . my mindset has changed . . . cannot recommend Karen highly enough.  She's literally saved my life.
